We believe in working together as a family and supporting the people closest to us.

While we have our own herd here at Chapman Family Farms & Dairy, we also work closely with my father-in-law, our partner at Wilson Farms, and a dear family friend to bring you locally raised beef.

By working together, we can offer more families access to beef raised by people we know, trust, and are proud to call family.

Because this beef comes from real family farms, availability is seasonal and limited. We all are just little guys growing a few head a year and sometimes don’t have a constant supply of beef year-round.

Individual Cuts of Beef

We also keep a selection of individual packages in the freezer at the farm, so you can pick up steaks, roasts, ground beef and other cuts without buying in bulk.
